These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StageBook application and website ("Service"), operated by WideOcean Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using StageBook, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
StageBook is a setlist management and performance tool for musicians. It allows you to organise songs, build setlists, manage gigs and venues, control MIDI devices, and perform live with a distraction-free interface.
StageBook is available as a desktop application (Mac and Windows), a web application, and a mobile application (coming soon). The core functionality is the same across all platforms.
To use StageBook, you must provide a valid name and email address during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.
You may only create one account per person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
StageBook offers the following subscription tiers:
| Tier | Price | Storage |
|---|---|---|
| Free | £0 | Local only |
| Pro | £1/month or £9.99/year | Local only |
| Pro Cloud | £4.99/month or £39.99/year | Local + Cloud |
| Enterprise | £19.99/month | Local + Cloud |
The Free tier includes usage limits (30 songs, 3 setlists, 1 band, 5 venues). Paid tiers remove these limits and unlock additional features as described on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select.
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
Refunds are handled by the payment provider (Stripe, Apple, or Google) in accordance with their refund policies. For Stripe payments, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting info@stagebook.app.
